3 Deepscorn Hollow

Deepscorn Hollow is additionally a cave and a dwelling that was incorporated in the official expansion pack called “The Vile Lair” within Oblivion. This residence serves as a sanctuary for players adopting a vampire character or pursuing a life of villainy, seeking respite. The house can be claimed by completing the “Deepscorn Hollow” mission, which involves discovering a message and unlocking all enhancements.

This cave features two entryways, and to embark on the quest, travel south from Leyawiin, submerge underwater to find a damaged log near castle remnants. Enter the hollowed-out log and proceed through the door inside. Upon entering, you’ll discover Greywyn’s Journal on your left, allowing you to begin the quest.

4 Frostcraig Spire

Moving on to the top-tier residence within the realm of Oblivion, known as Frostcraig Spire, this dwelling is coveted not just by wizards but also by every player in the game. This architectural marvel was introduced through Oblivion’s Wizard’s Tower DLC and caters to a myriad of facilities for those who have opted for a mage-centric character build.
