Amplitude Studios has unveiled one of the key factions for its upcoming strategy sequel, Endless Legend 2 – The Aspects. This newly disclosed group is a blend of mechanical and organic entities, who are connected through a collective consciousness called the Chorus. They uphold the principles of harmony and balance in every aspect of their existence. The Aspects will be a diplomatic faction that thrives in negotiations and leverages their connection with the environment to gain advantages in defense and map navigation.

This week, I was thrilled to catch a glimpse of Amplitude’s latest trailer unveiling more about the Aspect faction. As previously stated, the Aspects strive for harmonious connections with their surroundings, be it the land or other beings. On Saiadha’s shores, they establish symbiotic ties with coral reefs, nurturing them to construct defensive barriers and beneficial features within their settlements. Beyond protection, these corals can also facilitate rapid transportation routes for armies, even allowing them to traverse across water bodies.

Instead of clashing with other factions or maintaining distance like the protective Kin of Sheredyn, the Aspects prefer to forge connections. Their growth of coral has a unique ability to transform adversaries into allies, enabling them to negotiate peace and form alliances, sometimes even welcoming certain factions into their group.
