The cooperative spin-off of Elden Ring, developed by FromSoftware and titled Nightreign, is set to conduct its initial beta test on February 16, 2025. Elden Ring Nightreign beta invites roll out

Currently, players who previously signed up for the Elden Ring Nightreign beta are getting their invitations to join the game’s official Network Test. Those lucky enough to play the new game ahead of time are receiving emails saying, “Congratulations! You’ve been selected to participate in the Network Test.

Congratulations! You’re among the early fans chosen to team up with other players to face the encroaching darkness and its hidden perils in a 3-player cooperative mode. Keep an eye on your email on February 11, 2025, as codes will be distributed then.

If you’re interested in being one of the lucky ones to try out the game before it goes live, sign up here! Please note that this game can only be tested on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. Regrettably, a PC beta test won’t take place, possibly because of the significant presence of dataminers and FromSoftware’s strong dislike for spoilers.

In simple terms, the upcoming Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test will offer approximately three hours worth of gameplay, mainly centered around the initial part of the game. This test is unique as it emphasizes multiplayer interactions more than previous games in the series, with a strong emphasis on cooperative play.

For the upcoming Elden Ring game, the exact number of invitations being distributed remains unknown. Merely registering your interest in playing the game prior to its release doesn’t guarantee selection. Regrettably, based on past experiences with FromSoftware games, many eager players might find themselves disappointed and unable to participate.

Although you weren’t chosen for the current Network Test session, it doesn’t rule out your chances for future ones. In fact, Test 2 is set to launch on February 17th, opening up opportunities for more players to participate.
