The updated lawsuit, as reported on March 9, 2025, alleges that Druski, Odell Beckham Jr., and Jaguar Wright were involved in an incident from 2018 where the complainant claims she was given drugs, kidnapped, and physically harmed.

Ashley Parham took the bold step of filing a lawsuit, and on March 9, 2025, she amended it. According to recent reports, the modified lawsuit now includes Druski (Drew Desbordes), Odell Beckham Jr., and singer Jaguar Wright as additional defendants. The lawsuit alleges a harrowing ordeal where I, Ashley Parham, was subjected to being drugged, kidnapped, and raped at an event associated with Diddy. I assert that I was physically outnumbered in this unfortunate incident.

Druski openly refuted the accusations in a statement on X, labeling them as “a concocted untruth.” He expressed, “In 2018, I wasn’t a public figure – I was financially struggling and residing with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time this allegation was made. The fact that my name is even mentioned in this case is simply absurd.” He also declared, “I feel deeply for genuine victims of abuse, but I am completely certain that the facts will reveal this fabrication and the people who are maliciously manipulating the legal system to spread falsehoods.

The lawsuit alleges that Druski splashed oil on the plaintiff, jumped onto her, and behaved as if it were a water slide. It also claims he assaulted her while Diddy was filming the incident. The plaintiff states that Diddy offered her money to stay quiet about the event, which led her to retaliate by attacking him with a knife.
