Who is Drew Baldridge?
Drew Baldridge hails from the small town of Patoka, Illinois, where he was born on the 29th of July, 1991. At a young age, he demonstrated his musical prowess in local competitions. When he turned 18, he made a move to Nashville, Tennessee, with dreams of building a career in country music.
Music Career
From 2014 to 2015, Baldridge put out two digital extended plays. Afterward, he unveiled the single ‘Dance with Ya’, which received official radio promotion and made its debut on the Country Airplay chart, marking his first appearance there.
By the year’s close, he put out a complete studio album called ‘Dirt on Us’. To publicize this album, Drew Baldridge went on tour with Lee Brice and Cole Swindell.
Towards the end of 2017, Baldridge unveiled a fresh track titled ‘Guns & Roses’. This tune is anticipated to act as the main track on his upcoming second studio album.
After the shutdown of Cold River Records in 2019, I stepped up and established my own label, Lyric Ridge, in 2020. Kicking off with it was ‘She’s Somebody’s Daughter’, a track I had earlier recorded under Cold River.
Between 2023 and 2024, the track gained massive popularity, eventually earning Baldridge his debut single in the top 40 of the Billboard country charts.
2024 saw country artist Drew Baldridge ink a deal with Stoney Creek Records, a division of BBR Music Group. His debut single under this new label, titled ‘Tough People’, was then unveiled.
Personal Life
In May 2021, Drew Baldridge, a singer-songwriter, and Katherine Kraus got married at Saddle Woods Farm in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Their wedding was overseen by Pastor Christopher Tanner, who is Baldridge’s cousin, and they wrote their own heartfelt vows for the occasion.
In December 2022, Baldridge and Kraus joyfully welcomed their newborn son, Lyric Lee Baldridge, into the world. Born in Nashville, Lyric is their very first child conceived together.
