Back in 1994, I kicked off my journey at Capcom, working as a planner on Quiz & Dragons: Capcom Quiz Game. Fast forward to today, I’ve taken the reins on some of their biggest franchises – from directing Devil May Cry (1 through 5) and Dragon’s Dogma (both games), to my latest project, Dragon’s Dogma 2, which made a splash early in 2024. I’ve also lent my expertise to other successful titles like Capcom Vs. SNK, Rival Schools, and Resident Evil Outbreak. It’s been quite the adventure so far!

It’s uncertain what designs Hideaki Itsuno has in store for the future, but it appears he continues to be actively involved in game creation. Keep an eye out for further developments; we’ll provide additional information and updates right here on Shacknews.
