As an ardent fan, I can’t hide my excitement that Jr. NTR and Prashanth Neel‘s upcoming masterpiece, Dragon, is creating a buzz like no other in Indian cinema today! Recently, at a success meet, the film’s producer, Ravi Shankar, dropped some intriguing tidbits about this highly anticipated project.
Interestingly enough, during the success meeting of Pradeep Ranganathan and Ashwath Marimuthu’s film “Dragon”, the event’s host posed a question to Ravi Shankar, the buyer of the Telugu theatrical rights for the movie and also a producer at Mythri Movies, regarding his future project involving Jr. NTR titled “Dragon”.
At the meeting, someone inquired about the upcoming movie “Dragon,” which stars Jr. NTR. The producer first ensured that the question referred to the project of Prashanth Neel and Jr. NTR, before providing his response.
He expressed, “Absolutely, Dragon’s script stands out as one of the most extraordinary I’ve encountered. This type of script hasn’t been featured in Indian cinema previously, so the potential for this movie is immense. I am incredibly optimistic about the outcome of the film.
When asked about his projected box office earnings for the movie “Dragon”, he responded, “I believe the film ‘Dragon’ will exceed all expectations at the box office.
In his discussion regarding Dragon’s release, Ravi Shankar mentioned that the creators intend to stick with the previously set launch date for the movie.
Junior NTR and Prashant Neel are presently engaged in the creation of an action-packed, adventurous epic, provisionally named Dragon. Filming for this project is currently underway, with a projected release date in early 2026. This film signifies Jr. NTR’s 31st venture and represents the first partnership between Prashant Neel and Junior NTR.
