As a long-time WWE fan with a soft spot for underdogs and a knack for reading between the lines, I must admit that the latest episode of RAW left me both intrigued and disappointed. The clash between Dominik Mysterio and World Heavyweight Champion Gunther was an adrenaline rush, to say the least. But the post-match exchange between the two? That’s where the real drama unfolded.

In the latest thrilling episode, I found myself squaring off against the World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther, in an intense battle. The animosity between us ignited when Finn Balor and I crossed paths with him backstage, stirring up some serious tension.

At the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames event, Balor stepped in and assaulted Damian Priest while he was engaged in a match with Gunther. In response, The Ring General, who desired to defeat Priest independently, chose to retaliate by counter-attacking Balor following his intervention.

Later on RAW, Finn Balor interrupted Gunther alongside Dominik Mysterio. Balor challenged Gunther for a title match, arguing that since he had assisted Gunther in defeating Priest twice, it was only fair that he be given the opportunity to fight for the title. However, Gunther refused this proposal, asserting that he never sought out Balor’s help in the first place.

I was told I had to take down the Priest solo, a win that Balor snatched from me earlier. Dominik Mysterio taunted me with a confident double-finger salute. Gunning for my response, he challenged my confidence by swatting my hand aside.

In October, during an episode of WWE RAW, Dominik Mysterio managed to defeat Priest in a single bout. This victory gave him confidence, as opposed to Balor who hasn’t defeated Priest yet. Following this win, Mysterio dared Priest to a rematch.

Towards the end of the program, the two main actors engaged in a tough fight where Mysterio managed to take the lead on multiple occasions. Nevertheless, despite his impressive display, Mysterio was defeated by Gunther. Post-match, Gunther commended Dominik for his tenacity, sharing clips of their thrilling confrontation online.
