Yash, the renowned star, prefers to maintain privacy when it comes to his personal affairs. Beneath the tough personas he portrays on screen, there lies a devoted family man who cherishes his wife Radhika Pandit and their children. In a recent conversation, the actor shared his feelings about being married to a friend.
In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Yash shared his gratitude for having Radhika Pandit as his life partner, someone who has consistently been his source of strength. He also mentioned that he is fortunate to have her unwavering support and finds it effortless to be in her presence because she knows him inside and out.
The actor expressed, “I feel incredibly fortunate to have my partner, Radhika, who serves as my pillar of strength. She’s been my constant supporter, and her understanding of me is unparalleled because we’ve both grown and evolved together.
The actor from KGF continued by saying, ‘It’s beneficial for me. I view her as a friend, the role of wife comes later, and children and wife are part of that union.’
Continuing with his disclosures, Yash mentioned that Radhika has never questioned him regarding the decisions he’s made in his career. Instead, what she always asks is whether he’s satisfied with the choices he made for each movie he starred in.
However, during the closing moments of the interview, Yash playfully poked fun at his wife Radhika by admitting that what she’s always sought from him is his focus and presence.
He said, “The only thing she asks is attention and time. Which is very difficult for me.”
Back in the year 2007, while working on the set of our movie, Nanda Gokula, I had the pleasure of meeting Yash and Radhika. We hit it off right away, forming a strong bond of friendship. Over the course of our subsequent collaborations, our relationship grew into something more profound – a beautiful romance.
Their relationship reached its peak during the shooting of Mr and Mrs Ramachari.
The couple tied the knot finally in 2016. Fast forward to now, and the couple is living their best lives together along with their children, Arya and Atharv.
