Known for his popular Dilbert comic strip, Scott Adams revealed a personal and difficult health update on his YouTube show called Real Coffee With Scott Adams. During the May 19 episode, he disclosed that he’s been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer that has affected his bones. Comparing himself to President Joe Biden who recently announced a similar diagnosis, Scott stated, “I have the same type of cancer as Joe Biden.
Adams frankly shared the gravity of his condition, disclosing that he might not live much longer. He was straightforward about the impact of his illness on his everyday life, labeling the pain as unbearable and stating that he no longer enjoys good days. Essentially, when asked if he has any good days, he replied, “No, every day is a nightmare, and nights are even worse.
Due to his health issues, Adams has been relying on a walker and taken a break from filming his evening YouTube series, Man Cave. He explained, “I don’t work very well after the show. I’m usually in pain, and that pain shifts to different areas of my body.
Although some of his supporters might find his diagnosis unexpected, Adams has emotionally accepted his health condition. “I’ve simply worked through it, so it just feels like a part of life now.” Despite finding the situation extremely challenging, he admitted that it provides him with time to bid farewell and mentally prepare for what lies ahead.
