Recently, Sun Pictures, the creators of Jailer, revealed a promotional video for an upcoming project inspired by Coolie. On various social media platforms, they posted this sneak peek, which included a compilation of their past productions as well.

The video ended with the phrase, “Prepare for the Next Epic Adventure,” hinting at a potential reunion with Rajinikanth. Accompanying the post, the creators penned: “Sun Pictures’ upcoming epic saga. Brace yourselves for the stunning revelation. Stay tuned!

At this point, there’s no definitive word from the producers regarding whether the upcoming movie will star Rajinikanth or if it could be a follow-up to Jailer 2. Fingers crossed that we’ll soon hear an official announcement about the anticipated sequel to the hit movie from 2023.

In the movie titled “Jailer,” it’s Rajinikanth who takes center stage. The man behind the camera for this film was Nelson Dilipkumar. The plot centers around an old jail warden who sets out on a path of vengeance when his police officer son is believed to have perished. As the story unfolds, this former warden finds himself locked in a battle against a smuggler. Eventually, their conflict morphs into a nail-biting heist thriller.

With the main role played by a renowned actor, Jailer showcased a talented group of performers such as Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vasanth Ravi, Mirnaa Menon, and Yogi Babu, among others.
