As a die-hard fan of Kichcha Sudeep, I have to say that his recent decision to step down from Bigg Boss Kannada has left me feeling a mix of emotions. On one hand, I respect his honesty and his need for rest after dedicating so much time and energy to the show for eleven seasons. Yet, on the other hand, I can’t help but feel a twinge of sadness knowing that the current season will be his last as host.

Actor Kichcha Sudeep made headlines when he decided to leave his role as host for Bigg Boss Kannada after more than 10 seasons. His departure will be seen in the current season, marking the end of his involvement with this popular reality show. In a recent interview, Sudeep explained the reasons behind his surprising decision and shared insights about what transpired leading up to it.

In an interview with The Hindu, Kichcha Sudeep shared that when he chose to express his resignation on Twitter, he was genuinely fatigued and expressed this honestly, as he believed, accurately.

In my fervor, I felt compelled to share my thoughts when I did, believing they were sincerely honest and valid at that moment. Had I not tweeted then, my perspective might have shifted by the next day. So, in the heat of the moment, I chose to put it out there, as a way of committing myself to my own ideas.

Moving forward, he additionally pointed out some hidden agendas that influenced his choice. He noted with disappointment that not everyone around him was worthy of the effort he invested in his work.

The actor additionally voiced his opinion that the series merits a more thoughtful treatment and recognition, much like other language versions of its format. Kichcha pointed out that the show, Bigg Boss Kannada, hasn’t received as much attention as other Bigg Boss productions have.

Kichcha Sudeep expressed, “Not everyone surrounding me warranted my dedication. Instead of investing that energy elsewhere, I prefer to channel it into my movies. The Bigg Boss Kannada show deserves a different strategy and recognition, similar to how it’s handled in other languages. Unfortunately, I don’t see that happening here. This isn’t about me personally; rather, compare Bigg Boss Kannada with all its counterparts and notice the differences in visuals, the approach. Our audience deserves greater respect.

Regarding his career, Kichcha Sudeep is preparing for the upcoming premiere of his new movie titled “Max,” which is set to be screened on December 25th.
