On Instagram, the star posted several photos alongside her brother Prashant, celebrating his birthday. Yet, her caption quickly caught everyone’s eye, as she hoped this year would be one where she wouldn’t face criticism for her brother’s personal choices.

Previously, according to a report from News18, Muskan Nancy James filed a police complaint against the Motwani family at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai. The case was registered under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The news outlet reported that Muskan spoke about the frequent involvement of Hansika and her mother, Mona, in her marriage with Prashant.

Additionally, she asserted that they not only requested costly presents from her but were also involved in property transactions with questionable ethics.

Additionally, she claimed that Prashant had been physically abusive towards her, leading to a severe health issue known as Bell’s palsy, causing partial paralysis in her facial area.
