As an ardent fan of Jr NTR, I can say that today’s release of Devara has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride! The excitement was palpable as fans adorned the city with garlands and firecrackers, but little did we know that the celebration would take an unexpected turn. The news of Jr NTR’s giant cutout catching fire sent a wave of panic across the city, making me hold my breath in anticipation. Thankfully, the situation was quickly brought under control, and no casualties were reported.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’m thrilled to share that the much-awaited film of Jr NTR, Devara, made its grand debut on our screens today, September 27th. To mark this momentous occasion, fans showered extravagant cutouts of their beloved star with garlands and set off fireworks. However, the jubilations took an unforeseen twist when one of Jr NTR’s colossal cutouts ignited, causing a stir among the local community.
As a lifestyle expert, I found myself right in the heart of Hyderabad’s RTC X Roads, at the Sudharshan 35 MM theater. A rather unexpected event unfolded there, and it’s been making waves across social media. In the videos circulating online, people can be seen scrambling in a flurry of panic. Within moments, a large gathering formed near the cinema hall, eager to witness the unfortunate incident that had just transpired.
Thankfully, no one was harmed at the scene of the incident. The theater staff and local authorities responded quickly and managed to extinguish the fire, minimizing additional damage. Apparently, Jr NTR’s large poster caught fire due to the fireworks being set off by his enthusiastic fans in the streets.

Nonetheless, fans across the globe are celebrating the release of Jr NTR’s film like a festival. Koratala Siva’s directorial is receiving immense love from moviegoers. For the uninitiated, Devara holds a special place for everyone as it marks his first solo release in nearly six years.
Lately, Jr NTR posted on his social media platform expressing appreciation due to the tremendous response his film has been receiving since this morning. He penned, “The day I’ve long anticipated has arrived… Overwhelmed by your fantastic reactions. Thank you Koratala Siva sir, for creating Devara with such captivating drama and emotional depth. My brother @anirudhofficial, your music and background score truly breathed life into this world. Special thanks to my producers, Harikrishna Kosaraju sir and Sudhakar Mikkilineni sir, for being the unwavering pillars of support.
Jr NTR expressed gratitude to the entire Devara team for their diligent efforts in producing the film.
