Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate release date & start time

The Edge of Fate” is a fresh storyline for gamers, and every new storyline requires brand-new raids. Bungie has disclosed that the release date for “The Edge of Fate” raid is just around the corner, incredibly close to the debut of the upcoming expansion.

Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate raid start date

The “Edge of Fate” raid is set to debut on July 19, 2025, which falls four days after the expansion drops on July 15. This means that players will have minimal time for preparation. As for the exact start time, it’s still unconfirmed, but historically, Bungie has launched raids at either 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time or 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, so keep an eye out for a similar schedule.

Approximately a year has passed since Destiny 2 last introduced a raid called Salvation’s Edge. This raid was extremely tough for players attempting it on its release day, and even for those who tried later to defeat The Witness. It’s yet to be determined if the upcoming raid will match this level of difficulty.

The Edge of Fate raid Power limit

At present, the maximum power level required for the “Edge of Fate” raid isn’t specified yet. Given Bungie’s plans to adjust aspects of the power progression in Destiny 2, it’s likely that the current numbers won’t be the ones we need come July 15th.

Prior to the upcoming launch of the Edge of Fate raid, it’s essential to get ready for the new expansion. Complete any remaining season passes, gather Exotics associated with missions, and acquaint yourself with our Destiny 2 Strategies Guide in the meantime.
