Deep Cover

Amazon Studios, under its MGM label, has officially set a release date for their upcoming action-comedy titled “Deep Cover“. This movie tells the story of a group of improv actors attempting to blend into London’s criminal underworld. Previously unseen images from the film have now been revealed, showcasing the principal cast, with Bryce Dallas Howard (known for Jurassic World and Argylle) and Orlando Bloom (famous for his roles in Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean) taking the lead roles.

The movie is a lively mix of action and humor that takes place in London. Kat, who aspires to be a comedian but currently teaches improv classes, starts to doubt if she’s missed her opportunity for success. An undercover police officer presents her with an unparalleled role, which sets the stage for a thrilling adventure.”

When is the Deep Cover release date?

The much-anticipated film titled “Deep Cover” is set to premiere on June 12, 2025. This exciting production will be available exclusively on Prime Video. Notable actors such as Nick Mohammed from Ted Lasso, Paddy Considine known for House of the Dragon, Sonoya Mizuno recognized in Crazy Rich Asians and House of the Dragon, Sean Bean famed for Game of Thrones, and Ian McShane best remembered in John Wick will grace the screen in this movie.

The movie, titled “Ghosts,” is helmed by British director Tom Kingsley, with the script penned by Derek Connolly and Colin Trevorrow, as well as British improv duo Ben Ashenden and Alexander Owen.
