Dead by Daylight gets cross-progression next week

As a dedicated Dead by Daylight player who has spent countless hours on this terrifyingly entertaining game since its release in 2016, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the upcoming addition of cross-progression! My gaming life has been a rollercoaster ride, jumping between platforms to enjoy the latest updates and events. But the frustration of managing separate inventories on each platform has long been a pain point for me and many other fans.

Players of Dead by Daylight have been eagerly requesting cross-progression for some time now, allowing them to synchronize their inventory and advancement across different platforms they’ve used. Finally, Behaviour Interactive is set to roll out this highly anticipated feature for the asymmetrical horror game. Cross-progression for Dead by Daylight becomes available on July 22, 2024.

As an avid fan, I was thrilled to learn about Behaviour Interactive’s upcoming cross-progression feature during their recent preview event with Shacknews. To take advantage of this exciting new functionality, players will first need to set up a Behaviour Interactive account. The studio is planning on publishing a clear and concise instructional video that will guide us through the process of activating cross-progression.
