Dead By Daylight devs confirm imminent release date for mysterious new survivor

In the gaming world of Dead By Daylight, a fresh killer named Ken Kaneki has made his debut in Chapter 35 Tokyo Ghoul, garnering much love from the DBD community. However, another exciting character is soon to follow suite. Behaviour Interactive has announced the launch date for when players can assume the role of the upcoming survivor. At this moment, specific details about the character are scarce.

Dead By Daylight new survivor release date

BeHaviour Interactive has officially announced that the public testing phase for Dead By Daylight’s Chapter 35.5 will commence on April 15th. This makes it the soonest date that Dead By Daylight (DBD) enthusiasts can try out the latest survivor character.

Typically, the demo will be accessible exclusively to players who have purchased the game through Steam. At this time, no formal information has been disclosed regarding the upcoming survivor, except that they’ll debut independently and are not a licensed character but an original one instead.

After the public testing phase concludes, gamers won’t be able to access the new survivor until May 6th across all devices. Following this, we’ve got just a few weeks left before the testing phase for FNAF commences, with the complete launch slated for June.

With the PTB included, below is everything DBD fans have to enjoy for April:

  • Blood Moon event w/daily login rewards – April 7th to 29th
  • Blood Moon Collection – April 7th
  • HorrorCon Scotland – April 12th
  • Chapter 35.5 PTB – April 15th
  • Techwear Collection – April 22nd
  • Chaos Shuffle – April 29th to May 6th

As a gaming enthusiast, I must admit that Tokyo Ghoul and the latest survivor have been an absolute thrill, but it’s with a heavy heart that I share the news: Hellraiser has bid farewell to Dead by Daylight (DBD). If you missed out on purchasing the chapter before April 4th, I’m sorry to say that you won’t be able to get your hands on the iconic BDSM torturer, Pinhead anymore.
