Everything mentioned here is quite thrilling, but maybe not the comeback of Finisher Mori. It’s a concept that existed in 2022, and it stirred up a lot of debate and disagreement within the Dead By Daylight community due to its controversial nature.

During the segment discussing gameplay enhancements in their Year 8 anniversary livestream, Behaviour Interactive admitted that there was potential for improvement from the Survivor’s point of view. In response to player suggestions, they announced that the Final Finisher Mori system will be made a standard feature for all Killers, granting them access to Finisher Moris by default in future gameplay.

In this scenario, the Finisher Moris can be employed solely against the last surviving player. The purpose is to deliver a thrilling finale to the game, ensuring that both players and spectators can appreciate a resolution that seems just and balanced.

Beyond what’s already been mentioned, it’s noted that Mori offerings will now award extra Blood Points to make the game more enjoyable for Killers. Additionally, they aim to motivate players by offering an incentive when they successfully execute a Finisher Mori.

In addition to the unveiling of the last Finisher Mori system, modifications will be made to the Merchant, Billy, Unknown, and Twins characters. This update, along with the reappearance of Finisher Mori, was previously announced in Behaviour’s Year 9 updates timeline, scheduled for September/October.

For November, there will be updates to The Plague and the Cenobite. BeHaviour will also deliver tweaks to the Pharmacy, Scene Partner, Weave Attunemnet, and Shadowborn perks.
