Currently, fans can redeem codes for over 600,000 Bloodpoints and additional rewards. Moreover, new skins are on the horizon, and a previously rumored skin has been officially confirmed by the DBD developers, so it won’t be cancelled.
Dead By Daylight devs confirm skin is not cancelled
2025’s Lunar New Year skin collection, featuring a striking new look for The Skull Merchant in Dead by Daylight, has just been unveiled by BeHaviour. This latest addition is sure to catch your eye.
According to leaker Dvveet (through Paulie Esther), it was discovered that a Lunar New Year skin had been planned for character Haddie Kaur as well. Screenshots from different language versions of the game suggest that this skin was supposed to be released, but unfortunately, it didn’t. This has led some people to speculate that the cosmetic may have been cancelled.
Luckily, Behaviour Interactive has verified that the skin is still in production and will be released at a future time.
Regarding reports of a Haddie Kaur Lunar New Year cosmetic appearing in various regions, BeHaviour Interactive explained on X: “We’ve noticed that in certain areas, a cosmetic for Haddie Kaur was promoted as part of the current collection. To ensure its quality, we’ve decided to delay its release until later this year.
It’s wonderful to witness your excitement about the Cosmetic, and we can’t wait to pass it on to you!
For the Skull Merchant Lunar New Year skin, its menacing appearance is quite impressive. Here’s hoping that the same level of quality is carried over for Haddie Kaur. As of now, we’re unsure about when the Haddie Kaur skin will be available, but at least we can confirm it’s in the works instead of being abandoned.
