The August roadmap unveils a host of exciting new skins that are on their way, and guess what? The release date for The Casting of Frank Stone has been officially set for September 3rd.
Looking forward to the new character skins for Frank Stone and The Casting, but we’re equally thrilled about DBD x CastleVania! The beta test build (PTB) for Chapter 33 is approaching quickly, and BeHaviour’s recent teaser hints at the previously leaked killer.
Dead By Daylight x CastleVania Chapter 33 PTB release date
The anticipated release date for the third chapter of the Dead By Daylight x CastleVania collaboration has been set for August 6th. During the Dead By Daylight’s 8th anniversary livestream, Behaviour Interactive officially acknowledged the leaked partnership and hinted that more details would be revealed in the coming month.
As a dedicated fan, just like always, I’ll be eagerly awaiting the public test build that’s exclusively accessible through Steam. Here’s what’s lined up for us next month based on current plans:

DBD CastleVania killer leak
In a recent leak, it has been revealed that Dracula will be the new killer in Dead By Daylight, following in the footsteps of CastleVania. Gumpy887, who accurately predicted several other leaks earlier this year such as the Alan Wake survivor, the Dungeons and Dragons chapter, and Lara Croft as a survivor, shared this information.
It’s implied that BeHaviour has revealed Dracula as the culprit through their teaser. The teaser suggests this by depicting a foreboding figure changing into a cloud of bats and featuring what seems to be Dracula’s castle in the backdrop.
Regrettably, there have been no reports about the upcoming DBD (Dead by Daylight) survivor for the new chapter. However, the year 9 roadmap hints at a CastleVania chapter featuring both a killer and a survivor. Since no leaks have emerged, fans are guessing that Alucard, Richard, or Simon Belmont might be the survivor character.
Unfortunately, although it seems like the next CastleVania chapter will feature Dracula’s castle shrouded in mist, we won’t be receiving a new map for this setting. It’s disappointing not to explore the legendary vampire’s ominous castle on a detailed map.
