As I, the gamer, eagerly await Rachael’s return to the game world, I can’t help but remember Kristen, the persistent antagonist in Sarah’s life. Kristen had taken baby Rachael from Sarah after she cared for her during the first year. Now, it seems like fate has brought Sarah and Rachael back together. Linsey Godfrey is confident that this new storyline for Sarah and Rachael offers a lot of exciting possibilities.
It’s worth mentioning that Godfrey recognizes Rachel’s arrival rekindles discussions about Kristen. He explained to Soap Opera Digest, “The narrative seems to be bringing back memories of the intricate relationship between Sarah and Kristen, along with all the things Kristen has done to Sarah. I made a joke about it recently, saying something like, ‘Even when Kristen did something terrible to Sarah, she was still looking after her.'” Godfrey pointed out that despite the hostility and animosity, there was an unusual bond between Sarah and Kristen.
Linsey explained, “There’s always been an intriguing relationship between Sarah and Kristen, marked by deep affection and respect. This stems from the shared trauma of their babies being switched at birth, a harrowing experience they both endured. Additionally, Brady and Sarah share a distinctive bond, as they’ve been long-time friends in the family circle.
It seems that Rachel’s comeback on Days of Our Lives might lead to some intriguing developments in future episodes. It’s also plausible that we might see Kristen make an appearance again, causing even more chaos.
