Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Cast Includes Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones

Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones will appear in Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.

The Disney+ series “Daredevil: Born Again” debuted in March 2025, picking up from where the Netflix show left off. In this continuation, Charlie Cox once again plays Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and Vincent D’Onofrio reappears as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.

What do we know about Jessica Jones and her Daredevil: Born Again appearance?

According to reports, it is now official that Ritter will portray Jessica Jones in the second season of Daredevil: Reborn.

Previously, Eka Darville portrayed the Marvel character in three seasons of the Netflix series Jessica Jones starring Krysten Ritter. The second season debuted in 2015, with Season 3 following suit in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Furthermore, during this run, Ritter’s Jessica Jones worked alongside Charlie Cox, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, and Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist in the Defenders group cast.

It’s being whispered that Marvel Studios might be considering a comeback for actors Ritter, Colter, and Jones in future MCU productions, given the return of Cox in Daredevil: Born Again. Yet, no official confirmation has been made on this topic as of now.

It’s uncertain if Colter and Jones might reappear in some form in the future, and the extent of Ritter’s role in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is still unclear – it could be a brief appearance or something more substantial.

Besides Cox, D’Onofrio, and Ritter, the cast for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 also features Margarita Levieva playing Heather Glenn, Deborah Ann Woll reprising her role as Karen Page, Wilson Bethel portraying Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye, Nikki M. James taking on the character Kirsten McDuffie, Genneya Walton stepping into the role of BB Urich, Clark Johnson embodying Cherry, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Ayelet Zurer portraying Vanessa Fisk, Matthew Lillard among others.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is expected to premiere on Disney+ in March 2026.
