Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest teased forming a tag team with The Bloodline’s member Jimmy Uso. Both Priest and Jimmy are currently part of the WWE SmackDown brand.
As a dedicated fan, I’m excitedly watching the escalating feud between Priest and Drew McIntyre, a rivalry set to climax at WrestleMania 41. On SmackDown, McIntyre brutally ambushed Priest during his battle against Shinsuke Nakamura, adding fuel to this intense rivalry.
Simultaneously, on WWE SmackDown, Jimmy Uso – a member of The Bloodline – clashed with the freshly crowned United States Champion, LA Knight, as well as new additions to The Bloodline. This skirmish ultimately resulted in a six-man tag team bout, with Jimmy Uso, LA Knight, and Braun Strowman going up against The New Bloodline.
Despite not having faced off yet, both Jimmy Uso and Damian Priest are currently engaged in their individual rivalries. However, during an encounter with LA Knight, Jimmy suggested that he might be eyeing a singles title in the future. As WrestleMania 41 edges closer, Priest has lately hinted at teaming up with Jimmy Uso after WWE SmackDown.

Jimmy Uso breaks silence after Damian Priest’s tag team tease
Jimmy Uso, best known for his long-time tag team partnership with his brother Jey Uso, has spent most of his WWE career in the tag team division. Together, The Usos became eight-time Tag Team Champions, holding the titles for a record-breaking 622 days in their longest reign.
However, in recent years, both brothers have pursued singles careers. Jey Uso cemented his rise by winning the Men’s Royal Rumble Match, earning a World Heavyweight Championship match against Gunther at WrestleMania 41. Meanwhile, Jimmy has also been making strides in his solo run, even teasing a pursuit of singles gold.
Damian Priest recently hinted at forming a tag team with Jimmy. Priest took to Instagram, sharing a photo with him and captioning it “Future ????”. Jimmy responded with his signature phrase, “No Yeet,” to which Priest replied, “Don’t fight it.” It seems Jimmy Uso isn’t seriously considering forming a new tag team, given his lighthearted response to Damian Priest.
