In a recent interview during the promotion of her movie “Materialists” alongside Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal, Dakota Johnson shared that she yearns to obtain a fresh tattoo as a heartfelt token for the person who holds a special place in her life.
Dakota Johnson plans to get a tattoo for late dog Zeppelin
Actress Dakota Johnson desires a fresh tattoo as a token of remembrance for her canine companion, Zeppelin, who sadly passed away in December. In a recent conversation with MTV, she shared her feelings about the loss of her 17-year-old pet, Zeppelin.
As a gamer, I’d put it like this: When the interviewer inquired about my upcoming “stick-and-poke,” I, the actress, shared that I’ve been intending to get a tattoo dedicated to Zeppelin, but time hasn’t allowed it yet. However, I clarified that I’m not considering getting his paw prints as part of the design.
She could remember her beloved pet Zeppelin with a small “Z”, for whom she referred to as the “light” of her life. The actress playing Madame Web expressed deep sorrow, stating that his passing made everything seem dull and unimportant without him by her side.
Through the passage of time, Johnson has progressively enlarged her tattoo collection. It’s been shared that the actress from Cha Cha Real Smooth currently sports more than a dozen delicate tattoos on her body. Rumor has it that she began getting inked well before her rise to Hollywood stardom.
On her upper back, the 35-year-old actress showcases her standout tattoo, which depicts three birds soaring, symbolizing her tribute to her grandmother. Another of her tattoos is located on her right arm and contains a written piece in Persian. The saying it represents, as reported by Pop Sugar, means “Love generates love.
It’s intriguing to note that Johnson is said to have a hidden lower-back tattoo. Rumors suggest that this very tattoo was the cause for her needing a body double during the filming of Fifty Shades of Grey, as the production team opted for an actress without tattoos on her derriere (as revealed by cinematographer Seamus McGarvey in The New York Times).
Johnson’s love for body art transcends just her own tattoos. It is said that she inked the initials of Olivia Colman’s family during their work together on The Lost Daughter. In a recent MTV interview, she casually mentioned that she could perform a “stick and poke” tattoo on Chris Evans if he was interested.
