AMC and Neon have unveiled a fresh take on the “The Monkey” popcorn container, sharing that eager fans can soon acquire a spooky version of the winding toy from the forthcoming horror-comedy as their own collectible.

The Monkey Popcorn Bucket, fittingly modeled after the winding toy from the film, may not wind itself, but the monkey’s arms on the bucket can be manually lifted and lowered to mimic drumming. This motion serves to shake the attached drum, which conveniently holds popcorn.

In “The Monkey,” twin siblings Hal and Bill stumble upon their father’s forgotten monkey trinket in the loft, which sets off a chain of alarming deaths. As per Deadline, the narrative goes that these two decide to discard the monkey and focus on their separate paths, drifting apart over time. However, when the eerie deaths resume, the brothers realize they must reconnect to devise a plan to annihilate the monkey once and for all, lest it continues to claim the lives of those dear to them.
In this film titled “The Monkey,” Theo James, Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Christian Convery, Colin O’Brien, Rohan Campbell, and Sarah Levy are the main cast members. Oz Perkins penned the screenplay for the movie, while James Wan acts as a producer alongside Michael Clear, Jason Cloth, and Dave Caplan.
