Creed 4’s Michael B. Jordan Gives Disappointing Release Date Update

Fans have eagerly anticipated news about the release of Creed 4 since the debut of the third installment, yet so far no definite information has been provided. Michael B. Jordan, who stars as Adonis Creed in the franchise, has recently shared some details regarding the potential release date, but they don’t sound particularly promising. As per the Black Panther star, he is open to making another film for the beloved series, but only under specific circumstances.

Creed 4 is confirmed to happen, but has no release date yet

During a recent chat, Michael B. Jordan hinted at potential plans for Creed 4, playfully suggesting when we might expect it to hit theaters.

In conversation with GQ, the experienced actor hinted at potential growth for the Creed series, but clarified that he wouldn’t return casually. “Well, there could be a fourth installment someday, though I’m not sure when yet. But we left the possibility open to develop the franchise further. Here’s my take: I don’t want to produce a film merely for the sake of it. Let’s allow some time to pass so people start missing it and truly wanting more. And when the perfect moment arrives, I’ll join in again,” Jordan explained.

In 2015, a new movie based on the popular Rocky series was released in cinemas, titled Creed. This film earned high acclaim from both audiences and critics. The main character is Michael B. Jordan’s Adonis Creed, the son of the iconic Apollo Creed, who aspires to follow his father’s footsteps by becoming a professional boxer. The original Rocky Balboa, portrayed by Sylvester Stallone, made a comeback in this film, mentoring Adonis in his journey.

According to Michael B. Jordan, there’s a possibility that a third Creed movie might be coming up soon. But since no announcement has been made about it, fans shouldn’t anticipate hearing about the launch date for Creed 4 just yet.
