In the most recent installment of WWE NXT, Cora Jade faced off against the previous TNA Knockouts Champion, Jordynne Grace. Yet, the bout took an unforeseen twist as Cora Jade sustained an injury during the match.
In the course of the game, Jordynne Grace shoved Cora Jade towards a corner, causing Jade to talk to the referee. Noticing something amiss, the referee signaled for an injury by holding up the “X” symbol. Quickly, medical personnel raced to the ring to assess Jade, and the match was halted by the referee, giving Grace the win by technical knockout. The officials then assisted Jade out of the ring.
It wasn’t long before rumors swirled that Jade might have sustained a knee injury, given the appearance of a video on social media. Already apprehensive due to her past experience, fans remembered that she had torn her ACL in January 2024, an injury which kept her out of action for nearly a year.
Later on, Cora Jade eased the concerns of fans by sharing an update about her health after the WWE NXT event. She openly acknowledged that she had taken a hard hit, but assured everyone that she was doing well and her knees were in good shape.
Got rocked for a sec but my knees are all good (decent?) Thanks for the concern

It’s reassuring for Cora Jade’s fans to know she seemed unhurt following an incident that looked potentially serious. However, Fightful Select has provided further updates on Cora Jade’s injury condition.
What happened to Cora Jade? Latest update on her injury
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, there’s been a clarification about Cora Jade’s injury. On the platform previously known as Twitter, he disclosed that instead of her knee, it was actually her head that got injured.
I’m told Cora Jade’s injury was to her head, not her knee.
Hoping she heals up soon

Jade was spotted with her head in her hands while medical personnel attended to her upon leaving the ring. It’s yet undetermined if she might need to take time off, given her upcoming match against TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich at the TNA Sacrifice pay-per-view on March 14. Fingers are crossed that Jade is okay and will fight as expected against Slamovich in the event.
