Coming to Netflix at the end of this month is “The Madness,” a fresh and thrilling series featuring Domingo, who was recognized with an Oscar nomination for his role in last year’s Rustin.

What happens in The Madness Trailer?
In the trailer for “Madness,” we see Domingo portray Muncie Daniels, a political TV commentator who unwittingly observes the assassination of a white supremacist. As Daniels becomes the prime suspect in the crime, he swiftly understands that he’s being falsely accused and embarks on a mission to clear his name.
The story revolves around Daniels Muncie, who was once a political advisor but later became a TV commentator. During a break from work, he retreats to the Poconos to pen the great American novel. However, his peaceful life is shattered when he witnesses the murder of a notorious white supremacist. Now, he’s being falsely accused and must flee to avoid conviction. In this race against time, Muncie struggles to prove his innocence, untangle a vast international conspiracy, and ultimately, clear his name. Along the journey, he rekindles relationships with his family, discovers unexpected allies, and battles misinformation in an era where truth is scarce.
In addition to Domingo, the cast of The Madness consists of Marsha Stephanie Blake, Gabrielle Graham, John Ortiz, Tamsin Topolski, Thaddeus J.Mixson, Deon Cole, Alison Wright, Bradley Whitford, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Ennis Esmer, and Hamish Allan-Headley – a talented ensemble who bring the story to life.
In this show, Stephen Belber shares the role of head writer with VJ Boyd. The team behind the scenes includes Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, Kaitlin Dahill, and Clement Virgo as executive producers, with Virgo additionally directing episodes.
