What to Expect in Euphoria Season 3?

Earlier this month, HBO confirmed that Euphoria Season 3 would begin filming in January 2025.

“Francesca Orsi, HBO’s Executive Vice President and head of Drama Series and Films, expressed her excitement: we’re set to start filming ‘Euphoria’ in January. Our collaboration with Sam and this talented cast brings us immense joy. Can’t wait to bring the newest season of ‘Euphoria’ to life for the viewers.”

Each main actor is planned to be part of the production once more. Among them are Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Nika King, and Storm Reid.

The third season of Euphoria has experienced considerable setbacks since the finale of Season 2 aired in February 2022. Initial plans for filming in 2023 were disrupted by Hollywood labor strikes, leading to further postponements. Sadly, the process was complicated even more with the untimely passing of cast member Angus Cloud and executive producer Kevin Turen.

Additionally, according to reports, HBO was not fond of Sam Levinson’s original plans for the third season of “Euphoria.” These plans featured a leap of five years and a new plotline in which Rue took on the role of a private investigator.
