As a seasoned gamer who has spent countless hours immersed in the world of wrestling games, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming NXT episode on The CW network! With CM Punk making his return to the ring as a special guest referee, it’s like stepping into a dream match that I never thought I’d see outside of my console.
On the last episode of WWE NXT, CM Punk made an appearance and delivered a message to Ethan Page and Trick Williams. Starting next week, NXT kicks off a new chapter on The CW network, with fights and appearances lined up by WWE for the upcoming shows.
The opening episode of NXT is planned for Chicago’s Allstate Arena on The CW network. Notably, CM Punk, a native of Chicago, has been scheduled to appear in this show. His role will be that of the special guest referee during the NXT championship bout between Trick Williams and Ethan Page.
For several months, there’s been an ongoing dispute between Williams and Page. Eventually, Williams got a chance to challenge Page for his NXT championship. On the last episode of WWE NXT on the USA Network, both men received a message from Punk.

CM Punk promises fair officiating in the match between Trick Williams and Ethan Page
During the last episode of WWE NXT on USA Network, CM Punk unexpectedly showed up backstage. Before the NXT Championship bout, he conversed with Je’Von Evans. Later, CM Punk was met by Williams. They chatted about the approaching title fight. Moreover, CM Punk clarified that he would remain impartial during the match, preventing both Trick Williams and Ethan Page from resorting to underhanded tactics.
During the program’s continuation, Punk conversed with Sol Ruca, but their conversation was cut short when Ethan Page intervened. Nevertheless, Punk reiterated his commitment to officiating the match impartially, insisting that neither competitor would be allowed to resort to cheating.
