Two themed Air Jordan 1 High OGs will be available for purchase on Saturday. But that’s not all! More “Rare Air” releases are in store, including the Air Jordan 3 we previewed last September. Our latest glimpse at this shoe delves deeper into its color scheme (black, red, gray, blue, and off-white) and reveals an exclusive feature: the Nike Air heel branding appears only on the right shoe. Mark your calendars for May 30th, when it will be released via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $210 USD.
As we approach the year 2025, we’re gradually filling in its release schedule with more pairs and whispers circulating. For the Jordan Brand, it appears that “Rare Air” editions will be dropped in the upcoming year, encompassing not just the long-rumored Air Jordan 4, which resurfaced recently after initially being speculated in May, but also the Air Jordan 3.
Recently seen, the Air Jordan 3 “Rare Air” shares a resemblance to its Air Jordan 4 equivalent in structure, but instead of having detachable branded tongue pieces, this version of the design includes reversed Nike Air branding in red on the off-white heel area. The overall appearance also incorporates predominantly black material with blue and gray accents scattered throughout. A touch of red is also present on the Jumpman logo at the tongue, while the midsole is complemented by off-white tones.
Currently, there is no information available from Jordan Brand about this “Rare Air” version of the Air Jordan 3.
