In this episode, the imperial soldiers search for Ye Dengzhi using hand-drawn posters. One day, while wandering with Lei Mengsha, Dongjun comes across a poster. It reveals that Ye Dengzhi’s true name is Ye Yun and that he originated from the general’s mansion. This discovery shocks Dongjun, as Ye Yun was his cherished childhood friend who had been tragically killed. Recollections of their shared past flood back to him, bringing back a torrent of memories.

When they grew up, Dongjun and Ye Yun intended to part ways and each strive to dominate the martial realm. Later, they planned to reunite after achieving godhood as sword deities. Wenjun feels disappointed that Ye Yun remains unwilling to reveal the truth to him. With tears streaming down her face, she calls out his true name in desperation.
