Jake Lockett, renowned for his roles in Chicago Fire and other popular series like Brooklyn Nine-Nine and NCIS: Los Angeles, recently tied the knot with actress Dominique Domingo. Their wedding took place in Hawaii last month, but they only recently made their union public knowledge. Dominique Domingo, who has been seen in movies such as The Accountant 2, La La Land, Girls Trip, and Twin Turbo, was the lucky bride.
Here are Jake Lockett and Dominique Domingo’s nuptials explored.
Jake Lockett and Dominique Domingo are now married
Jake Lockett and Dominique Domingo eloped on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
The couple exchanged vows at a small, charming ceremony held in a secluded cove adorned with lush greenery, trees, and flowers, close to Kalihiwai Falls – a beautiful two-tiered waterfall nestled on the northern coast of Kauai, Hawaii, as reported by PEOPLE.
On the special day, Lockett donned an Irish linen suit from KERCHER, featuring a Hawaiian floral interior and the wedding date embroidered beneath the collar. Simultaneously, Domingo chose a white Maggie Sottero gown. Remarkably, the couple’s parents met for the first time that very week and dressed in earth-tone outfits for the ceremony.
At their wedding, just Lockett and Domingo’s parents, photographer Ashley Uptain, and videographer Zac Ramos were present. They chose this small gathering to maintain a straightforward, uncluttered atmosphere for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience, and to ensure the attention remained solely on each other.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Domingo shared that the central idea for their wedding was allowing nature to guide the overall aesthetic. He further mentioned that Mother Nature herself took care of any extra decorations, making the event truly organic and beautifully natural.
Domingo shared that they aimed for an atmosphere that was tranquil, cozy, and calming, and it turned out just as intended. Lockett found the wedding by Kalihiwai Falls to be a profoundly meaningful moment. The actor from Chicago Fire wrote a song for his bride-to-be at a waterfall in Yellowstone National Park, three months prior to meeting Domingo in an audition room, which added another layer of significance to their encounter.
Lockett shared with the media that it was during a hike up to a waterfall where he found inspiration for the song. He explained that this piece of music was a request for his partner to remain faithful and patient, and it was particularly meaningful for him since their wedding ceremony took place by a waterfall. In simpler terms, the creation of the song happened while he was hiking and listening to music, and the lyrics asked his wife to stay true and wait for him. The fact that they got married near a waterfall completed a full circle for him.
