Chase Chrisley named as a suspect in alleged assault

On Monday, January 6th, police officials disclosed that the reality television personality had been spotted at a sports bar called Twin Peaks in Atlanta.

As per a report by TMZ, Chase Chrisley reportedly displayed highly intoxicated behavior at a bar, acting disrespectfully and aggressively towards the staff. His actions were also said to have become physical when he struck the manager of the establishment, who was later identified as the general manager.

The report continues by saying that the victim asked Chrisley to depart because he was intoxicated and causing trouble, but he chose not to comply. Instead, it’s claimed that Chrisley attacked the victim using a chair and struck him on the face twice. The incident was reported to the authorities over the phone by the victim. Unfortunately, when they arrived, Chrisley had already left the area.

According to another report by People, there’s evidence from security cameras that supports the identification of the suspect. At this point, the incident is being classified as a “simple assault” since the victim didn’t sustain any injuries and declined medical attention.

According to TMZ’s latest report, it’s confirmed that Chase Chrisley was taken into custody on Thursday, January 9, at Fulton County Jail, charged with “simple battery.” However, he managed to post a $10,000 bond and secure his release. At this point, Chrisley himself has not spoken about the incident, but his legal team has refuted the allegations against him.
