Netflix recently unveiled a teaser for its forthcoming Latin American TV series, an adaption of Harlan Coben‘s 2010 crime thriller novel “Caught”. The show will be available for streaming starting from March 26.
Ema Garay, a journalist from Bariloche, Argentina, gains fame through digital media by exposing criminals that elude the law. However, her life takes an unforeseen twist when she encounters Leo Mercer, a well-respected figure in the community, who becomes the main suspect in her investigation regarding the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl. As she delves deeper into the truth, Ema is compelled to confront her personal struggles.

In this video, we meet journalist Ema Garay, renowned for her work capturing elusive criminals. However, her most recent investigation takes a deeply personal turn when she becomes embroiled with a social worker, who is now a prime suspect in the disappearance of a young girl. The trailer hints at the obstacles and complexities she’ll encounter on her quest for truth.
The series “Caught” is overseen by executive producers Harlan Coben and Vanessa Ragone, with the screenplay penned by showrunner Miguel Cohan together with Ana Cohan. Notably, Miguel Cohan and Hernán Goldfrid are also taking on directing duties.
