Catnado Trailer Sees a Storm of Felines in Twisters Parody Movie

As a long-time gamer and movie buff with a soft spot for B-movies and low-budget productions, I have to admit that Catnado piqued my interest from the get-go. The concept of cats being unleashed in a tornado is an absurd yet intriguing premise that instantly grabbed my attention.

The trailer for “Catnado” by Wild Eye Releasing is out, showcasing a chaotic weather phenomenon filled with cats wreaking destruction on human populations.

In a playful imitation of the forthcoming Twisters film, Mother Nature sends furious and lethal felines in the guise of tornados towards humans.

How about this: “Is there anything else you’d like to know about the Catnado trailer? As advertised, it features cats caught up in a tornado. The production value may be modest.”

Amidst the mayhem, a diverse band of people are determined to accomplish one crucial objective: putting an end to this destructive feline force. Yet, facing insurmountable odds and with each life at stake, their fight transforms into a desperate catastrophe for existence. Once the claws come out, it will be a bloodbath!

As a gamer, I can tell you that if you take a peek at the Catnado poster down below, you’ll be in for a treat. It effectively highlights the unique selling proposition of the newest animal-themed natural disaster film.

The human actors in Catnado are Erica Rowell Green, Joshua G Otto, Blair Kelly, Serena Salieri, and Tucky Williams. The film is helmed by a group of directors which includes Tim Ritter, Donald Farmer, Curtis Everett, and Alaine Hungington. This production company also brought us the quirky films Shark Exorcist and Sharks of the Corn.

Before cats were swirling around in a tornado, the ocean’s top predators ruled the skies instead. The Sharknado series by The Asylum is the most successful example in the small genre of “storm animals.” No, a cow in Twister doesn’t fit the bill.

Catnado touches down on VOD and DVD on October 22, 2024 from Wild Eye Releasing.
