“Call of Duty killer” XDefiant shuts down just weeks after denying closure claims

Reports indicate that Ubisoft is planning to shut down XDefiant, their multiplayer first-person shooting game. Additionally, the company has decided to close its offices in San Francisco and Osaka, resulting in job losses for approximately 270 employees.
