Zarya build, powers, and items – Overwatch 2 Stadium

As an avid Overwatch 2 fan, here’s my take on how to optimize Zarya’s build:

In every game, I prioritize Particle Cannon and Particle Barrier as my primary abilities. The Particle Cannon deals high damage, making it ideal for taking down enemies quickly, while the Particle Barrier provides a powerful shield that can protect me and my teammates from incoming fire.

For my ultimate ability, I always go with Graviton Surge. This crowd control move pulls enemies towards Zarya, setting them up perfectly for my team to finish off.

In terms of useful items, I always grab the Adaptive Canon for my primary weapon. It offers a good balance between damage and rate of fire, making it versatile in various situations. As for my secondary weapon, I prefer the Energy Drum. Not only does it heal me, but it also provides a boost to my Particle Barrier, making me an even more formidable force on the battlefield.

Lastly, when a match starts, I buy Defense Matrix and the Self-Repair Kit. The Defense Matrix is essential for absorbing enemy projectiles and shielding teammates, while the Self-Repair Kit keeps me topped up on health throughout the game.

By following this build, I’ve found that Zarya can be a valuable asset to any team in Overwatch 2.
