The engagement was confirmed by Naga Chaitanya’s father, renowned actor Nagarjuna, who expressed his joy for the couple. He mentioned that the couple selected this date because it was deemed auspicious after consulting with astrologers.
Though specifics about their upcoming wedding are being kept secret, there’s much chatter suggesting the couple could choose a destination wedding. It’s rumored that they won’t reveal the date until they decide on a venue, but whispers hint at Hyderabad as the potential location. However, an official confirmation is yet to be made.
Following the engagement of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita, Nagarjuna spoke openly about their forthcoming marriage. In an interview with Times Now, the seasoned actor conveyed his enthusiasm at the prospect of Sobhita becoming a part of their family.
In simpler terms, Nagarjuna made it clear that the marriage wouldn’t take place right away. He pointed out that the engagement was organized promptly because of the favorable astrological alignment on the date. Since Chaitanya and Sobhita were both confident about their relationship, their families decided to move forward without further delay.
He mentioned that the wedding wouldn’t happen right away. They decided on a quick engagement due to it being an auspicious day, and since Chay and Sobhita were certain about their marriage intentions, they opted to go ahead with it immediately.
It’s intriguing to note that Nagarjuna disclosed he had known Sobhita prior to Chaitanya. He reminisced about spotting her talent in Adivi Sesh’s film Goodachari six years back, which left a lasting impression on him.
