Bully Ray Says WWE is Doing Well in Elevating New Talent

As a seasoned gamer with decades of wrestling video games under my belt, I must say that Bronson Reed’s recent performance has been nothing short of electrifying! The way he’s been booked since SummerSlam is reminiscent of those rare, unpredictable moments in career mode where a young, unknown wrestler suddenly explodes onto the scene and becomes an instant fan favorite.

Legendary WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has commended the company for lifting up and showcasing emerging talent since Triple H took charge in 2022. Notable figures like Dominik Mysterio, Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, and others have all made their way to the forefront.

Lately, it’s been all about a new rising star who’s making waves: Bronson Reed. After WWE RAW following SummerSlam, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw him launching an unexpected attack on Seth Rollins during the show. The sheer force behind those six Tsunami Splashes from the top rope was something to behold! This fierce assault left Rollins with some serious internal injuries, severe enough for a hospital visit.

Beyond that point, Reed didn’t rest. Over the next few weeks, he confronted The Miz, R-Truth, and more recently, Braun Strowman. In the latest episode of WWE RAW, Bronson Reed went head-to-head with Braun Strowman in a massive showdown. This intense battle spread across the entire arena and ended unexpectedly in the parking lot.

In the final showdown, Bronson Reed took control against The Monster Among Men. With Strowman appearing motionless atop a vehicle, Reed performed a Tsunami Splash on him, leaving Strowman bruised and injured. Subsequently, WWE legend Bully Ray commended the booking of Reed.

Bully Ray speaks out about Bronson Reed

On Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray praised Bronson Reed’s recent performances and talked about the promotion Reed has received within WWE. He said, “Every week, Bronson makes progress. I’m becoming more intrigued by him. They’re building his momentum. You can form your own opinion about it.”

Ray also commended Reed’s collaboration with Braun Strowman during RAW. Although he thought the match was impressive, he emphasized that the standout part was the post-match assault. He expressed, “What sticks out is Bronson Reed standing on a brick wall, Braun Strowman atop a Cadillac, and Bronson diving onto the car – an incredible final move. It doesn’t have to be WrestleMania to create a WrestleMania-worthy moment; they had a RAW moment instead.”

After causing quite a stir at WWE SummerSlam, fans are on the edge of their seats, waiting to find out who Bronson Reed might set his sights on next.
