At last, A24 has unveiled the initial teaser trailer for their upcoming horror-thriller movie titled “Bring Her Back,” directed by the dynamic duo Danny and Michael Philippou from Talk to Me. The film is slated to hit the big screens on May 30, 2025.

In the movie’s plot, a sibling duo discovers a chilling secret connected to an ominous ceremony taking place in their recently acquired foster family’s remote residence.

Who is in the Bring Her Back teaser trailer?

The video offers viewers an initial glimpse into the character played by Oscar nominee Sally Hawkins. It also gives a sneak peek of some spine-tingling scenes from the movie, suggesting its supernatural themes. In addition to Hawkins, the cast includes Billy Barratt, Stephen Phillips, Sally-Anne Upton, Jonah Wren Phillips, Olga Miller, Mischa Heywood, Liam Damons, Alina Bellchambers, and others.

As a passionate movie enthusiast, I’m excited to share that “Bring Her Back” is helmed by the talented duo, Danny and Michael Philippou, who jointly penned its screenplay with Bill Hinzman. The production is overseen by Samantha Jennings (Cargo) and Kristina Ceyton (The Babadook), while Cornel Wilczek lends his musical skills to the film score. This latest venture of the Australian directors is a follow-up to their 2023 supernatural hit, Talk to Me, where Sophie Wilde shone as the leading actress.

Presently, the Philippou brothers are simultaneously working on a follow-up to their movie “Talk to Me,” which they’ve already penned some scenes for while focusing on the initial release. In the upcoming film, Talk 2 Me, the Philippou brothers will once again take the director’s chair, and Hinzman is involved in co-writing the sequel as well.
