After eliminating Boxes, Supercell noticed that players often expressed a longing for the thrill of unpredictable rewards, which is why they added Starr Drops to bring back that element of surprise.
Consequently, a fresh gacha system named “Starr Drops” will be implemented as an option instead. Starr Drops, in essence, resemble boxes. Three can be obtained daily and are rewarded after a specific number of victories. They can also be acquired through various methods. Fundamentally, it’s a method for players to secure rewards.

How Starr Drops Work In Brawl Stars
Three Starr Drops can be obtained daily through playing various game modes. Winning matches in any of these modes will earn you these drops. This includes leagues such as the Trophy League, Power League, Club League, Challenges, and Map Maker.
Starr Drops are awarded following the success of your initial, fourth, and eighth victories in a match. Should you reach the maximum daily limit, you’ll need to wait for 24 hours until it resets.
You do not need to have a win streak to earn Starr Drops – only the number of wins is relevant.
Five distinct levels of rarity are associated with the Starr Drop: Rare, Super Rare, Epic, Mythic, and Legendary. Naturally, as the rarity increases, so does the quality of the obtained item. Importantly, each Starr Drop yields a single item.
To access the prizes hidden inside the Starr Drop, simply give it a tap. Here’s an added advantage: every time you touch the screen while activating one, you might just boost the Starr Drop’s rarity to a higher level!
Note: You will unlock the ability to get Starr Drops once you reach 50 Trophies.

In Starr Drops, the types of skins you find are similar to those found in Bling, excluding any seasonal ones. However, Mythic and Legendary skins can still only be obtained using Gems.
As per Supercell’s announcement, your earnings in Starr Drops have increased by approximately 20%. This increase necessitated a redistribution of rewards from other areas such as the Club League, Power League, and Brawl Pass. Consequently, you may notice minor changes in the rewards you receive from these game modes.
