Positioned within the exclusive Al Seef District, this 100,000-square-meter island will feature 450 residences, comprising 350 apartments and 100 exclusive villas that can be personalized with BRABUS interior designs inspired by their MASTERPIECE automobiles.

This project signifies a daring advancement for the German brand, transitioning its iconic “Wow-in-a-Second” design ethos from automobiles to architectural branding. In collaboration with Cosmo by Reportage Properties, construction is set to commence in summer 2025, with deliveries expected to begin in 2028. Prices for these properties will range between €700,000 and €6.5 million, which equates to approximately $790,000 to $7.33 million USD.
