As a lifestyle expert with a rich background in the film industry and a keen observer of popular culture trends, I find myself both intrigued and slightly amused by this recent turn of events involving Siddharth and Mika Singh.
Actor Siddharth from Tollywood has stirred up some debate following his remarks about the highly anticipated film Pushpa 2: The Rule. In a recent interview, he drew an analogy between the large crowds at Patna’s promotional events for the Allu Arjun-led movie and the gathering that occurs around a JCB machine while excavating a site. Subsequently, popular Bollywood singer Mika Singh has responded to Siddharth’s comment.
On Instagram Stories, Mika posted a reshared snapshot from a news outlet containing headlines that detailed the analogy Siddharth drew between the progress of Pushpa 2 and a JCB in operation.
In response, Mika retorted at Siddharth by pointing out that his tactless remark had actually increased Siddharth’s visibility, as many people, including Mika himself, were previously unaware of who Siddharth was.

Mika stated, “Siddharth bhai, it’s great that with this comment, more people are becoming familiar with your name. Interestingly, I hadn’t known much about what you do until today!
For those not familiar, during an interview, Siddharth made a surprising statement that the gathering for Pushpa 2’s Patna event was essentially a tactic to draw a large audience.
It came to light that these types of movies aren’t intended for high-quality production; instead, the enormous turnout at the gathering can be attributed to the buzz generated by Allu Arjun’s popularity.
He had said, “In our country, even a JCB digging site attracts a crowd. So, people gathering to see Allu Arjun in Bihar is not something extraordinary. If they organize, crowds will be there. In India, crowds don’t mean quality; if that is true, all political parties must win; it’s for Biryani packet and Quarter bottle.”
Previously, during an interview regarding his movie Miss You, Siddharth expressed some negative opinions about Pushpa 2. More specifically, he was questioned about his concerns that a large-scale production like Pushpa might be launched around the same period as well.
In reply, Siddharth pointed out that it’s the other film that should worry about getting too near his, given their proximity. He also made it clear that if his film is of high quality, there isn’t much cause for concern.
