Li tells Finn he’s not responsible for Luna’s actions in The Bold and the Beautiful
In the most recent installment of The Bold and the Beautiful, as Luna persists with her erratic behavior, such as brandishing a firearm, Li and Finn engage in a conversation about Luna, taking place within Finn’s office.
In simpler terms, Finn expresses his annoyance to Li over the frequent phone calls he receives from Sheila. They concur that it’s best for Finn to keep Sheila out of his personal affairs. Additionally, Li voices concerns about Sheila’s parenting skills, as well as those of her sister, Penelope.
In the conversation between Li, Finn, Penelope, and Luna, Li expresses sympathy towards Finn by stating that he isn’t to blame for Luna’s current state. She admits her revulsion towards Luna’s actions. Moreover, she refers to Luna as a monster and attributes Luna’s behavior to Poppy’s impact on her.
Finn wonders if he could have prevented Luna’s fate, or perhaps altered it, had he performed better. However, Lee points out that this was more about Poppy than Finn himself.
As the discussion goes on, Finn starts contemplating what his life might have been like if Sheila had raised him instead of Li. Eventually, Li confesses that she feels a bit sorry for Luna to some degree. However, she insists that there’s nothing they can change about the past. In the end, they both come to an agreement that Luna has committed criminal acts, making it inappropriate for her to be around the Finn family.
The discussion concludes with a somber tone, as Li tears up at memories of Luna’s former optimism as a child. It seems there are more developments ahead in the Luna storyline on The Bold and the Beautiful.
