On the 2nd of April, Brigitte Poublon shared details about her husband Bobby Sherman’s deteriorating health during his battle against kidney cancer.

Speaking with Fox News, I shared that I’ve learned the heartbreaking news – our beloved musician is terminally ill, and his body is starting to falter as the illness takes its toll.

According to Poublon, “Sherman had been solving crossword puzzles with me for the past few days. All of a sudden on Saturday, he started sleeping more and now it seems like his body is giving up.” Additionally, she mentioned that from his hospital bed, Sherman told her, “Brig, I really long to return home.

In her latest update on Facebook, Poublon revealed that Bobby Sherman, who has been retired for some time, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Addressing his loyal fans, she shared that he is currently unable to do cameos, sign autographs, or make appearances. She asked for privacy during this difficult time and expressed gratitude for the support from fans. This update comes after her initial post on March 25, where she first made the diagnosis public.

Ever since they became public, the couple has garnered encouragement from both friends and supporters. Poublon shared that their friend John Stamos has been providing solace and backing through video messages. Yet, Poublon recommended refraining from a visit because of Sherman’s current health status.
