How To Fix Failed To Retrieve Server List Error In Blue Protocol Star Resonance

The “Failed To Retrieve Server List” error happens when players attempt to log in from countries where the game isn’t officially supported.

I’ve noticed a lot of people are making a small mistake with Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. They’re using a VPN to download the game, which is fine, but then they shut the VPN off as soon as the download finishes. That can cause problems, so just a heads-up to keep it running!

If you’re playing Blue Protocol: Star Resonance in a region where it’s not officially released, you’ll need to keep your VPN connected. Disconnecting the VPN before you reach the login screen will cause an error.

However, closing the application during gameplay will cause a very high ping (999 or higher), making the game impossible to play.
