As a dedicated follower of Tamil cinema and a regular viewer of Bigg Boss Tamil, I must say that Kavin’s latest release, Bloody Beggar, was an intriguing watch for me. The movie, although not without its flaws, managed to garner a significant response from the audience, which is always a good sign.
This year, Kavin’s Diwali release, “Bloody Beggar,” attracted a massive crowd who have showered the movie with praise and critical acclaim. The dark comedy is now preparing for digital distribution, as its creators have opted to make it accessible on an online streaming platform.
On their new platform, formerly known as Twitter, Amazon Prime Video declared the upcoming release of “Bloody Beggar”. Starting from November 29, viewers can stream this title.

The film was widely praised for its distinctive script and storyline. Additionally, many viewers found the latter part of the movie, especially its finale, to be particularly captivating.
Despite not having a typical female lead, it was Kavin’s spectacular performance that single-handedly did justice to the entirety of the film.
Nevertheless, Bloody Beggar faced some unfavorable critiques as numerous viewers argued that it was an uninspired effort to replicate the 2019 Hollywood movie, Ready or Not.
In fact, the songs of the film also failed to impress the audiences.
Initially, the movie starring Kavin debuted with a box office income of approximately 22.5 million rupees. However, competing against other high-profile releases such as Jayam Ravi’s Brother, Kiran Abbavaram’s KA, and Sivakarthikeyan’s Amaran, the film struggled to garner larger revenues.
Its final gross collection was of Rs. 6.5 crore at the box office.
Discussing the actor known as Kavin, he gained prominence primarily through his television roles, notably his involvement in the reality show Bigg Boss Tamil. Prior to this, he had appeared in various films such as Pizza, Sathriyan, and Indru Netru Naalai.
Moving on, he has an untitled film with Nayanthara on the cards, as well as the movie Mask.
