Reports suggest their friendship may have come to a standstill due to Swift being summoned as part of Lively’s ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

Actress Blake Lively, who is known for her role in Gossip Girl, recently enjoyed an evening out with her sisters Robyn and Lori Lively. This event comes amidst whispers about a possible strain in her friendship with Taylor Swift. On her Instagram Stories, the 37-year-old actress gave a peek into their Friday night together. The three sisters were spotted at the International Center of Photography in New York City on May 16 (according to Page Six).

It’s said that Lively joined her sisters at an event, where she lent her presence to cheer on her artistic friends, Anna Palma and Guy Aroch. They were showcasing their work, a decade-long collaboration with Coca-Cola Global Design, to mark the occasion.

According to reliable sources, Taylor Swift’s close circle seems to indicate a strain in her friendship with The Age of Adaline actress. An informant shared with People magazine, “Their friendship has come to a standstill,” and further mentioned, “Taylor wants nothing to do with the ongoing drama.” Another source hinted at some distance between them, saying they are “giving each other space.” However, it’s important to note that their friendship is not officially over.

According to another source, “US Weekly” reports that Taylor and Blake have had some conversations, but their relationship has become tense. This individual clarified that they no longer interact frequently as their friendship has significantly changed from its previous state.

Earlier in a lawsuit between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively, Swift was summoned with a subpoena. After receiving the subpoena, Swift’s representatives declared it as “tabloid sensationalism.” A statement from the team of the singer behind the popular song “Cruel Summer” addressed the ongoing legal matter and denied any alleged participation by the Grammy winner in the case.

According to a representative from Swift’s camp, Taylor Swift did not visit the film’s set at any point. Her team also clarified that she had no involvement whatsoever in the casting or creative aspects of the movie.

She hadn’t composed the movie score, never watched an edit or jotted down any comments about it, didn’t even catch a glimpse of “It Ends With Us” until weeks after its public debut. In 2023 and 2024, she was on a world tour, leading what was then the largest tour ever staged.
